Our Process

  • RBJ Roofing uses the Catch-all system that we install prior to tear-off to protect your property from falling debris. Fragile lawn ornaments, decorations, and AC units will be removed or covered for protection.

  • Old roofing materials will be removed while safeguarding existing gutters, walls, and windows.

    Any plywood deck repairs and metal flashing repairs will be performed before installing shingles.

  • Synthetic roof underlayment and ice and water shield will be applied.

    Selected shingles will be installed with six nails per shingle using the hand-nail method.

  • The roof, gutters, and surrounding property will be cleaned of all construction waste.

    A magnet will be passed across your lawn, flower beds, and driveways to ensure that nails do not become a nuisance.

  • Upon completion, we will send a member of the RBJ Roofing team to perform an end-of-project quality check.
